Craig J. Robichaux, LL.M.
Managing Partner & Certified Mediator
Craig holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been named a Super Lawyer in medical malpractice and divorce litigation, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of North America’s premier legal associations. He is also recognized in Best Lawyers in America for his work in medical malpractice law and has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for Louisiana handling complex personal injury cases.
In the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Craig is a certified mediator, arbitrator, umpire, and Peer Review neutral. He earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law – Straus Institute, a globally renowned leader in ADR. Craig is certified as both a Civil and Child Custody Mediator in Louisiana and a Circuit Civil Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He is also listed in the AHLS registry of ADR professionals.
Craig’s mediation practice includes high-stakes and emotionally complex disputes, such as personal injury, medical negligence, business contracts, property issues, and divorce matters involving custody, child and spousal support, and community property division. His approach blends courtroom insight with diplomacy, helping parties resolve conflicts efficiently and respectfully—often in cases involving millions of dollars in contested claims.
Craig J. Robichaux is the Managing Partner at Talley Anthony Hughes & Knight, LLC, a regional, full-service law firm serving clients across Louisiana and the Gulf South. For more than 38 years, Craig has successfully litigated over 1,000 complex civil and domestic cases in both State and Federal Courts, representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
His experience spans medical malpractice, casualty loss, business dissolutions, complex family law litigation, and succession and trust disputes. Craig has been appointed pro hac vice in Texas, Mississippi, and Florida, and has appeared before every Louisiana appellate court, including the Supreme Court of Louisiana, where he once clerked for two Associate Justices. He has also argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Shannon Howard-Eldridge is Special Counsel at Cannon & Livermore, serving clients across Louisiana in both state and federal courts. A lifelong New Orleans native and Madisonville resident since 2006, Shannon brings nearly thirty years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, and mediation.
She is A.V. Preeminent-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest level of professional excellence and ethics in the legal community. Before earning her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Shannon earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of New Orleans and spent several years teaching in St. Charles Parish Public Schools—experience that now informs her calm, communicative approach to mediation.
As a Certified Child Custody and Visitation Mediator and Louisiana-qualified Civil Mediator under LA R.S. 9:4106, Shannon offers mediation in-person or virtually via Zoom, with flexible evening and weekend availability. She handles a wide range of civil and family disputes, including:
